The Petersham are delighted to host this exclusive wine dinner where we combine beautiful food, stylish setting and great wine.
The Mazzei family has produced unique wines with spirit and passion renewed from generation to generation for over six hundred years. Fonterutoli is located 5 km south of Castellina in Chianti, on the hills facing the Val d'Elsa, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. Owned by the Mazzei family since 1435, it still retains its original form, that of a tranquil country village. A cluster of houses, the church of San Miniato and the villa, built at the end of the 1500s where the medieval castle once stood.
At Fonterutoli, as well as at Belguardo and Zisola, resides the same philosophy that aims to promote local vine varieties as an expression of the identity of the region, in respect of diversity and nature, via sustainable agriculture and improvements mindful of the delicate hydro-geologic balance, to prevent soil erosion and maximise water reserves in the region.
We invite you to enjoy a carefully curated 4-course meal paired with the most iconic wines from The Castello di Fonterutoli State, fine wines from this historic wine-producing region.
Participating in the dinner not only provides a unique culinary experience but also directly contributes to the efforts of the Tuscany Environment Foundation in protecting and preserving the natural beauty and environmental resources of Tuscany for current and future generations.
The Tuscany Environment Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to preserving and restoring the environment in the Tuscany region of Italy. The foundation recognises the vital importance of conserving these natural resources for present generations and the future. The foundation works on multiple fronts to fulfil its mission, focusing on Biodiversity Conservation, Ecosystem Restoration, Education and Awareness, and establishing partnerships with local, governmental, and international organisations and the private sector to achieve common goals.
All proceeds will be donated to The Tuscany Environment Foundation.

4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
