Kick off the weekend with a Vinyasa Flow yoga session hosted by our Covent Garden neighbours Lululemon together with movement coach and yoga teacher, Kim Hartwell.
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that synchronises breath and movement, allowing the body and mind to ‘flow’ through the class as one. Vinyasa is a modern style of yoga and is taught all over the world. It focuses on strength and flexibility in equal measure. This class will suitable for all levels, from beginners to experts!
